What is Online Security?
Online security is the practice of protecting the Internet from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction.

Password is for your Log On to the web site, while PIN is used when client want to trade buy or sell online.
For your security, your PIN will be asked when you are going to trade buy or sell over the internet. Entering the PIN upon a purchase means that you agree to buy or sell the item.

1. How to protect my Password and PIN?
To help protect your password and pin, follow these guidelines for creating a unique password:
  1. Be creative. Don't use words that can be found in a dictionary.
  2. Use at least six characters.
  3. Don't use a password that you have used elsewhere.
  4. Don't use keyboard patterns (asdf) or sequential numbers (1234).
  5. Create an acronym. Don't use a common one, like NASA or SCUBA.
  6. Don't make your password solely an acronym; combine it with numbers and punctuation marks.
  7. Include punctuation marks. Mix capital and lowercase letters Include numbers.
  8. Include similar looking substitutions, such as the number zero for the letter 'O' or $ for the letter 'S'.
  9. Include phonetic replacements, such as 'Luv 2 Laf' for 'Love to laugh.'
  10. Don't make your password all numbers, all uppercase letters, or all lowercase letters.
  11. Find ways of collecting random letters and numbers, such as opening books, looking at license plates or taking the third letter from the first ten words you see.
  12. Don't use repeating characters (aa11).
  13. Don't use a password that is listed as an example of how to pick a good password.

  1. Never tell anyone your password. Don't write it down.
  2. Never send your password by email.
  3. Periodically change your password.

3. How to Clear Cache?
For Internet Explorer Use:
      1. Up top in the pull-down menus (File, Edit, Tools etc.), click tools, then 'Internet Options'.
     2. This brings up a dialog with 6 tabs across the top (General, Security, Content, .......)
     3. Click 'General? the look for 'Temporary Internet Files'.
     4. Click 'Delete Files', then (if it appears, check off 'Delete all offline content? then click 'OK'.
     5. Click 'OK' again and this should clear all cached pages.
