KenWealth requires certain software to run at optimum, specifically Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or above and Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (Microsoft VM). You may download and install the software by clicking on the following links:
a) Microsoft Internet Explorer
b) Macromedia Flash Player Software
c) Chinese Language Software
d) Adobe Reader Software
e) Sun JRE Software- Choose one of the following option:-
- Download JRE version 6 Update 13*
- Download JRE version 6 Update 6*

Follow the steps below if you are still unable to view live prices:
1) Launch Internet Explorer.
2) At the menu 'View', select 'Java Console'.
3) Copy the Java Console content by:
a) Highlighting all contents and press the buttons [Ctrl] and [C] AND/OR
b) Capture a screenshot by pressing the button [Print Scrn] on your keyboard.
4) Paste the content on to a blank Document and Save the file as (P: KenWealth
Access).
5) Send it to us to troubleshoot at kenwealth@kenanga.com.my and we will advise
you further.
